Automatically Receive Your KPIs via Email

Stay updated on your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with automated email notifications. Follow these steps to customize your KPI reports:

Step 1: Access the User Notifications Page

  1. Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Go to the User Notifications page.

Step 2: Edit an Existing Notification

  1. Locate the notification type you want to customize.

  2. Click the copy icon on the far right to duplicate the notification.

  3. On the new page, click the edit icon to retitle and modify the notification.

Step 3: Customize the Notification

When the customization panel opens, you can:

  • Change the titles of the notification.

  • Remove KPIs you no longer need.

  • Reorder KPIs by dragging and dropping rows.

  • Add new KPIs to the notification.

Step 4: Add New KPIs

To add a new KPI, a settings panel will open where you can:

  • Define the date range for the KPI.

  • Filter the KPI by an individual provider or office total.

  • Use the Add Group option to organize KPIs into categories, if needed.

Step 5: Create a New Dashboard

Create a new Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Email by selecting Add Dashboard and starting the above process from scratch.

Step 6: Save Your Changes

After customizing the notification, click Save to apply your updates.

Step 7: Assign the Notification to an Employee

  1. Find the employee who should receive the KPI report via email.

  2. Select the customized KPI notification you’ve created.

  3. Click Save to finalize the setup.

By customizing and automating KPI reports, you can ensure team members receive the specific performance data they need directly in their inboxes.
