PbN Voice Onboarding Process

When you sign up for PbN Voice, our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and setup of your new phone system. Here's what you can expect:


  1. VOIP Kickoff Call
    Once your purchase is complete, our team will schedule a VOIP Kickoff Call with your office. During this call, we’ll confirm the setup details, review your current workflow, and ensure everything is tailored to your practice’s needs.

  2. Phone Shipment
    After the kickoff call, we’ll order and ship your phones directly to your office. This step ensures you have all the necessary hardware before the next stage of the onboarding process.

  3. Phone Training and Testing
    After your phones arrive, we will schedule a follow-up call to train your team on the phone system features. During this session, we will also test the system to ensure everything is functioning properly and answer any questions your team may have.

  4. Number Porting Process
    The final step is porting your office number to PbN Voice. This process typically takes 2-4 weeks. In the meantime, your new phones will be assigned a temporary number, and calls to your original office number will be forwarded to this temporary number. This allows you to start using your new phone system right away without any interruptions.
