How to Obtain a List of Fee-for-Service (FFS) Patients

Follow these steps in the Revenue IQ Patient Finder to generate a complete list of active patients without insurance benefits.

Steps:

 1. Go to the Revenue IQ Patient Finder
Navigate to the Patient Finder tool within Revenue IQ to start your search.

2. Set the Status to Active Patients
In the filters, ensure you are searching only for active patients.

3. Add a "Last Visit" Filter
Apply a "Last Visit" filter with a date range of the past 18 months. This ensures you're capturing patients who have visited within that time frame.

4. Filter by Insurance Status
Select the "Has Primary Insurance" and "Primary Insurance" filters and uncheck the "Yes" box. This will exclude patients with insurance, leaving only those without any insurance benefits.

5. Run the Search
After setting the filters, click the search button to generate the list of your fee-for-service patients.

By following these steps, you'll obtain a comprehensive list of all active patients without any associated insurance plans.
