Post-Op Instructions Email Setup for Dental Procedures

Setting up post-op email campaigns for procedures like extractions, root canals, crowns, implants, fillings, and SRP can be done easily on the Follow Up page of the Campaigns section. We offer several pre-built campaigns for different procedures, including:

• Crowns
• Extractions
• SRP (Scaling and Root Planing)
• Root Canals
• Bone Graft
• Implant Placement
• Composite Fillings

Once activated, these campaigns automatically send post-op instruction emails to patients who have completed a procedure, based on the corresponding procedure code.

How to Set Up a Campaign

1. Access Setup:

• Click on 'Click to set up'.
• Select the campaign you want to set up by clicking on its name.

2. Review and Customize:

• Set the name of the campaign.
• Review and select the appropriate service codes.
• Review and edit the email template as needed.
• Test the email template to ensure it works correctly.

3. Activate the Campaign:

• After reviewing and making any necessary changes, activate the campaign.
• Once activated, the campaign will start sending post-op instruction emails to patients who have undergone the relevant procedures.
