How to Check the Status of Your Sent Campaigns

To view the results of your text or email campaign, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Custom Campaigns Page:

  • Find the Custom Campaigns page under the Settings section.

2. View Campaign Information:

  • On this page, you’ll see the details of your sent campaigns, including:

    • Status: Whether the campaign was sent.

    • Date Sent: When the messages were sent.

    • Number of Messages Sent: Total messages sent in the campaign.

    • Appointments Scheduled: Number of appointments made within 2 weeks of the message being sent.

    • Scheduled Production Value: The dollar amount of the scheduled production.

    • Duplicate Campaign: Option to copy the campaign for future use.

3. Detailed Campaign Impact:

  • Click on a campaign row to see more detailed information about its impact.

  • By clicking on the numbers, you can view lists of recipients, such as who opened the message or clicked any links.

4. Detailed Information Includes:

  • Text Messages: Number sent, delivered, failed, or not sent.

  • Emails: Number sent and how many failed.

  • Opened Emails: Number of emails opened.

  • Link Clicks: Number of opened emails with clicked links.

5. Additional Tabs:

  • Messages Sent Tab: Check if individual recipients received, opened, or clicked any links in the message.

  • Not Sent Tab: View recipients who opted out or had missing email addresses or mobile numbers. Lists are categorized by email or text.

  • Appointments Tab: See appointments associated with the campaign, including descriptions and scheduled production values. Ensure all service codes are entered into your practice management software.

6. Email Interaction:

  • Hover over an opened email to see when it was opened.
