Locate the Search Icon: Look for the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the Practice by Numbers website.
Open the Search Bar: Click on the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar.
Enter Patient Information:
In the search bar, enter the patient's first name, last name, or ID number from your practice management system.
Note: If the patient's information appears blurred in red text, it indicates that the patient is inactive.
View Patient Details: From the search results, click on the desired patient to open their Patient Window.
