PbN automatically syncs with your PMS every 15 minutes to update patient information. However, if you need to update a patient's information immediately, you can manually refresh their data.
Here's how to do it:
Open the Patient Window:
Click on the patient's name from anywhere in the system, or use the search function (magnifying glass icon at the top right) to find the patient.
Select the patient to open their Patient Window on the right side of the screen.
Force a Sync:
In the Patient Overview Window, click the rotating arrow icon at the top of the panel.
A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left, indicating that the sync is in progress.
The patient's information will be updated momentarily.
