How to Instantly Refresh and Update a Patient's Information in PbN

PbN automatically syncs with your PMS every 15 minutes to update patient information. However, if you need to update a patient's information immediately, you can manually refresh their data.

Here's how to do it

Open the Patient Window

  • Click on the patient's name from anywhere in the system, or use the search function (magnifying glass icon at the top right) to find the patient.

  • Select the patient to open their Patient Window on the right side of the screen.

Force a Sync

  • In the Patient Overview Window, click the rotating arrow icon at the top of the panel.

  • A confirmation message will appear at the bottom left, indicating that the sync is in progress.

  • The patient's information will be updated momentarily.
