Practice by Numbers allows anyone with a user account to receive email or text notifications about key updates, including Office KPIs, Tasks, phone call information, and more. Notification options may vary based on your PbN package and user permissions.
User Notifications Page
All active accounts are listed on the Settings > User Notifications page.
Use the drop-down menus to configure your notification preferences.
Types of Email Notifications
KPI Updates: Configured in the template section at the bottom of the User Notifications page.
Missed Phone Calls: Get alerted about calls you may have missed.
Tasks: Receive updates on tasks assigned to you.
Web Chat: Stay notified about messages from your website's chat feature.
