Setup Instructions
PbN Voice
Contact PbN Support to discuss adding or upgrading to PbN Voice.
Once enabled, our VoIP Onboarding Manager will configure your call tree, voicemail routing, and ring groups in the Phone Admin page.
Download and install the Desktop App on all office computers (Windows 8 or later, ideally Windows 10 or later).
Log in using your PbN credentials to access calling features and enable real-time patient pop-ups.
(Optional) Use the Grow App to Click-to-Call patients from your mobile device.
RingCentral
In PbN Settings, click “Connect to RingCentral.”
Enter your RingCentral login credentials.
Download and install the Desktop App.
Log in to enable patient pop-ups and basic call analytics.
Mango
Request a Remote ID from PbN Support.
In the Mango portal, go to Integrations, click “Learn More” next to PbN, and enter the Remote ID.
Download and install the Desktop App.
Log in with your PbN credentials to enable patient pop-ups.
Jive
In PbN Settings, click “Connect to Jive.”
Enter your Jive login credentials.
Install the Desktop App.
Log in to begin receiving patient pop-ups and call details.
Partial Compatibility (e.g., Vonage, Spectrum, Onset, Altus)
Request a dual ring number from PbN Support.
Have your VOIP provider set up dual/simultaneous ring to that number.
Install the Desktop App on all workstations.
Log in to display patient pop-ups for incoming calls.
📝 Note: These setups only support basic caller ID-based pop-ups through the Desktop App. Call logs and analytics are limited.
