When you sign up for PbN Voice, our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and setup of your new phone system. Here's what you can expect:
VOIP Kickoff Call
Once your purchase is complete, our team will schedule a VOIP Kickoff Call with your office. During this call, we’ll confirm setup details, review your current workflow, and tailor everything to your practice’s needs.
If your office is opting to use soft phones only (without physical desk phones), our team will confirm this setup during the call and ensure all devices and users are properly configured for a seamless experience.
Phone Shipment (if applicable)
If your office has chosen to use physical desk phones, we’ll order and ship them directly to your office after the kickoff call. This step ensures you have all the necessary hardware before moving to training and testing.
If your office is using soft phones only, this step will be skipped, and we’ll proceed directly to training and setup.
Phone Training and Testing
Once your phones are set up (or your soft phones configured), we’ll schedule a follow-up call to train your team on the PbN Voice features. During this session, we’ll also test the system to ensure everything is functioning properly and answer any questions your team may have.
Number Porting Process
The final step is porting your office number to PbN Voice. This process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
In the meantime, your phones (physical or soft) will be assigned a temporary number, and calls to your original office number will be forwarded to this temporary number. This allows your team to start using PbN Voice right away without any interruptions.
