Q: Does the Desktop App (Phone IQ) work with Mac?

A: No, the Desktop App is currently available only for Windows.


Q: Can we disable or hide the pop-up?

A: Yes, you can adjust the settings to show the patient pop-up only when the user clicks. Go to the Settings page in the Desktop App to make this change.


Q: I have MANGO. How do I connect it to PbN?

A: Please send us a message, and we'll provide you with a Remote ID and instructions to connect Mango to PbN.


Q: We are considering switching phone companies. Which ones are compatible with PhoneIQ?

A: PhoneIQ is fully compatible with VOIP providers like RingCentral and Mango. It is partially compatible with other VOIP providers. For more details, refer to this article.


Q: If the caller hangs up before reaching someone, is it still considered a missed call?

A: No, if the call lasts less than 5 seconds, it is considered a dropped call.
