The Prod/Hr stats can be found on the new Doctors and Hygiene pages plus the Productivity page in the Advanced section.
The projection panel was replaced by Accounts Receivable.
The projection information can be found on the Projections page in the Advanced section
The Hygiene PreAppointment panel was replaced by Revenue Lost.
The Hygiene PreAppointment KPIs are now on the Hygienists page.
The revenue Lost panel is on Failed and Cancelled visits.
