Schedule Utilization is available on both the Doctors and Hygienists pages in Practice IQ.
To view Schedule Utilization:
Navigate to either the Doctors or Hygienists page.
Change the View Mode to Detailed.
Locate the Production/Hour panel.
When the page is in Detailed view, the Production/Hour panel displays your Schedule Utilization metrics alongside other provider performance KPIs.
View Schedule Utilization by Provider
To see Schedule Utilization for each individual provider:
Select the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the Production/Hour panel.
Choose KPI by Provider.
The panel will expand to display Schedule Utilization and related KPIs for each provider, making it easy to compare performance across doctors or hygienists and identify opportunities to optimize scheduling.
