Many dashboard panels in Practice IQ allow you to view a provider-level breakdown of the KPI being displayed, making it easy to compare performance across doctors and hygienists.
To view a KPI by provider:
Navigate to a dashboard that contains the KPI you want to analyze.
Locate the desired KPI panel.
Select the three-dot (⋮) menu in the upper-right corner of the panel.
Choose KPI by Provider.
The panel will expand to display the selected KPI for each provider, allowing you to quickly compare individual performance and identify trends or opportunities.
Note: Not every KPI supports the KPI by Provider view. If the option is not available in the panel menu, that particular metric cannot be broken down by provider.
