The Performance tab in Revenue IQ provides a detailed analysis of task outcomes generated from various Revenue IQ reports. It allows you to track the effectiveness of follow-up tasks and ensure actionable steps lead to successful patient engagement.
How to Analyze Performance Data
Access the Performance Tab:
Navigate to Revenue IQ and click on the Performance tab.
Select the Time Period:
Use the date picker at the top to specify the range of data you want to analyze.
Understand the Panels:
The page displays panels for different types of Revenue IQ reports:
Recalls Scheduled: Tracks how many recall opportunities were successfully scheduled.
Treatment Scheduled: Measures the percentage of treatment opportunities scheduled.
Patient Reactivation: Monitors the reactivation success rate for inactive patients.
Cancelled Appointments Reappointed: This shows how many canceled appointments were rescheduled.
Preappointments: Displays follow-up attempts for pre-scheduled appointments.
Key Metrics and Insights
Primary KPI:
Each panel highlights the percentage of patients contacted who were successfully scheduled for an appointment.
Detailed Breakdown:
The panels provide insights into:
Total attempts made to contact patients.
Categorized outcomes (e.g., Scheduled, Not Scheduled, Left Message).
Reasons for outcomes, such as patient finances or no availability.
Expand Panels for More Details:
Click on a panel to view a complete list of tasks associated with that Revenue IQ report type, filtered for the selected time period.
Employee Performance
At the bottom, the Contact Outcome by Employee table displays:
The total number of contact attempts made by each employee.
Specific outcomes such as:
Number of calls where no outcome was recorded.
Number of messages left.
Appointments successfully scheduled.
Key Metric: Scheduling percentage per employee, allowing practices to identify top performers or areas for improvement.
Visualize the Data
The attached image illustrates the Performance Report interface, with clearly labeled sections and metrics:
