How to get a concise report of who is due or overdue for Hygiene Appointments

To begin generating a Recall report is very similar to creating a Treatment Followup report. Filters such as insurance plan, account balance, age are available. The service codes Revenue IQ are searching are the ones that are selected as Recall Types in the Settings. The report generated will be similar to the other sections of Revenue IQ.

Use the menu to change the Recall dates you wish to include. Select the Show Filters menu to add other filters such as by benefit plan.
