PbN Advantage Rewards Program

PbN Advantage is the official loyalty and rewards program for Practice by Numbers customers. The program rewards practices for engaging with the PbN community, referring new customers, participating in product feedback, and supporting the platform through reviews and events.

Points earned through participation can be redeemed for office rewards, team experiences, merchandise, and exclusive PbN opportunities.

PbN Advantage is our way of recognizing practices that help grow and strengthen the PbN community.


Who Can Participate

PbN Advantage is available to all active Practice by Numbers customers.

Participation guidelines:

  • All team members with a PbN login can earn points

  • Points accumulate at the practice account level

  • Any authorized team member may redeem rewards

  • Participation is optional but automatically available to all customers


How to Access PbN Advantage

Customers are automatically enrolled in the program at no additional cost.

To access PbN Advantage:

  1. Log in to the PbN web app

  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner

  3. Select PbN Advantage from the dropdown menu

This will open the PbN Advantage rewards dashboard, where you can track points, participate in activities, and redeem rewards.


How to Earn Points

Customers can earn points through several types of engagement.


Community Engagement

Examples include:

Participation limits may apply and are visible within the portal.


Product Advocacy Opportunities

Some activities are offered periodically by invitation from the PbN team.

Examples include:

  • Reference calls

  • Case study participation

  • Beta testing or focus groups

  • Video testimonials or webinars

These opportunities help shape the future of PbN while rewarding participants.


Referrals

Customers can submit referrals directly through the PbN Advantage portal.

Referral rewards include:

  • 50 points for submitting a verified referral

  • +1,000 bonus points if the referred practice becomes a PbN customer

Referral limits:

  • Up to 3 referrals per month


Seasonal Challenges

Throughout the year, PbN may launch limited-time engagement challenges.

Examples may include:

  • Product adoption challenges

  • Community engagement contests

  • Event participation campaigns

  • Social media engagement activities

These challenges appear inside the Earn Points section of the portal.


How Rewards Work

Points accumulate at the practice level and can be redeemed inside the Rewards section of the PbN Advantage portal.

Rewards may include:

  • Office supplies

  • Team lunches or experiences

  • Coffee or snack rewards

  • Event access

  • PbN merchandise

  • Partner discounts

Available rewards may change over time.

Program Rules

  • Points cannot be transferred between practices

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Points remain active while the PbN subscription is active

  • If a practice cancels their subscription, unused points are forfeited

  • Some annual rollover limits may apply

  • Activities cannot be backdated

  • All social media participation must comply with HIPAA guidelines
