What it is
This summer, you can share PbN with other dental practices and win fun prizes! From May 18 to August 15, 2026, every referral you submit gives you 50 PbN Advantage points PLUS an entry into the monthly drawing for up to $1,000.
As a bonus, when a referred practice meets our conversion requirements, you receive extra points and a $250 Visa gift card!
What you receive
Every time you submit a referral, you’ll receive:

1 entry into the monthly raffle for up to $1000
Submit up to 10 referrals per month - double the normal amount!
PLUS, when someone you refer meets our conversion requirements, you’ll receive:
1000 PbN Advantage Points
A $250 Visa® Gift Card
How to enter
Submitting a referral takes about a minute.
Log into PbN Advantage inside the PbN app.
Click the Refer tab in the top navigation bar.
Complete the form for each practice you want to refer.
Submit the form and collect 50 PbNA points PLUS one entry into the prize drawing.
Your account can submit up to 10 referral names per month - that's triple the usual limit!
The more eligible referrals you submit, the more raffle entries you get.
Each month, one winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries.

June 16 to July 15 | Second drawing, prize determined by the number of referrals submitted during this time period |
July 16 to August 15 | Third drawing, prize determined by the number of referrals submitted during this time period |
Winners will be notified via email. If you win, please confirm within 7 business days; otherwise, we will draw an alternate winner.
A few important notes
Monthly prize amount: The monthly prize amount is based on the total number of eligible referrals submitted during each entry period. The more people that participate, the higher the rewards.
0 to 49 eligible referrals = $250
50 to 99 = $500
100+ = $1,000
The conversion reward is 1,000 PbN Advantage Points plus a $250 Visa® Gift Card when a referred practice meets the conversion requirements. Conversion rewards are issued after the referred practice signs an agreement and completes the required qualification milestone established by PbN. Reward fulfillment may be subject to additional verification and tax documentation requirements based on annual reward thresholds established by PbN and Finance.
PbN may verify referrals before awarding points, entries, or rewards. Submissions we cannot verify will not be counted.
PbN reserves the right to reject referrals, deny rewards, or disqualify participants in cases of duplicate submissions, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, fake practices, coordinated abuse, or other non-qualified referral behavior.
