The Patient Flow page has been completely refreshed to make managing your daily schedule more intuitive and visually clear.
Modern Layout: The new design adapts to any screen size, providing a cleaner, more responsive view of operatories and appointments.
Improved Quick Actions: Updated pop-ups make it easier to message an operatory, summon a provider, review routing slips, or move patients to check-out—all from one view.
Custom Locations: You can now add and manage custom spaces like “Consult Room” or “Lunch Room” to better reflect your office’s physical layout.
Provider Colors: Each appointment now displays provider colors for easy identification, including dual colors for shared appointments.
These updates make it easier for teams to stay organized, communicate efficiently, and keep the day running smoothly from any device.
2. Disputes Dashboard
The new Disputes Dashboard gives practices a centralized, real-time view of all payment disputes in one place.
Centralized Tracking: View all disputes across patients and payment methods, complete with reason codes, disputed amounts, and PSP reference IDs.
Transparency: Understand dispute reasons, defense timelines, and whether cases are defendable.
Real-Time Updates: All data automatically syncs from your payment processor, including fraud alerts and chargeback notifications.
Activity Log: Every case includes a full event history for complete transparency.
This dashboard helps practices monitor disputes efficiently and stay informed—ensuring no dispute goes unnoticed or unresolved.
3. Reconciliation Dashboard
The Reconciliation Dashboard brings clarity and confidence to your financial reviews.
Consolidated View: See gross payments, fees, refunds, and net payouts in one easy-to-read table.
Status Filters: Quickly switch between Reconciled and Pending Review deposits to track progress.
Detailed Payouts: Drill into any payout for a complete transaction breakdown, including patient names, payment methods, and net deposit amounts.

This feature makes it easier to confirm that deposits match your bank records—saving time and reducing reconciliation errors.
4. Automated Insurance Verification
Save hours of manual work with Automated Insurance Verification.
Flexible Automation: Automatically verify insurance when a new patient is added, when an appointment is scheduled, or when insurance details change.
Custom Timing: Control when verifications run (1–90 days before appointments) and prevent duplicate checks by setting minimum days between verifications.
Cost Transparency: Each automated verification costs $0.20—use the Billing > Usage Dashboard to monitor your practice’s verification activity.
Upcoming Enhancements: Notifications will soon alert your team when insurance is inactive, terminated, or nearing benefit limits.
Automation helps reduce front desk workload, ensures coverage is confirmed before appointments, and keeps your practice proactive and efficient.
