We’re excited to share the latest improvements released this month, including a refreshed Patient Flow experience and several fixes to customer-reported issues.


Patient Flow Enhancements

We’ve updated Patient Flow with a cleaner design, clearer pop-ups, and new flexibility to better fit your practice’s needs.

Updated Layout

  • Modern, streamlined design.

  • Adapts seamlessly to any screen size.

  • Drag and drop patients into chairs as before.

Quick Action Buttons

Redesigned pop-ups make it easier to:

  • Send messages to operatories.

  • Add real-time alerts.

  • Summon providers or staff.

  • Show routing slips.

  • Move patients to Check-out when ready.

Custom Locations

  • Add non-clinical placeholders like Consult Room, Lunch Room, or Bathroom Chair.

  • Manage, enable, or disable locations in settings.

  • Optionally hide the Ready to Seat column.

Provider Colors on Appointments

  • Each appointment now displays provider colors for quick identification.

  • Dual colors indicate when two providers are assigned.

Responsive Design

  • Condensed view keeps all columns visible but minimized.

  • Expand columns such as Expected Today or Completed when needed.

  • Adjustments to terminal volume requirements and payment chart displays for smoother financial tracking.
