We’ve made several improvements to make the platform smoother, faster, and more reliable. This release includes updates to Forms, Appointments, Payments, Campaigns, VoIP, and Reporting tools, as well as several important client-reported fixes.


Fixes & Improvements

Forms

  • You can now create new forms without experiencing endless loading.

  • Dropdown menus and action buttons in the Forms list are fully responsive again.

  • Completed forms can now be downloaded without errors.

  • Refreshing the Forms, Packages, or Tablets pages will no longer result in a 404 error.

Appointments

  • The three-dot menu in the schedule now works properly, giving you access to appointment actions.

  • Logos uploaded to appointment pages save correctly and display as expected.

  • Appointment pop-ups accessed from Forms now appear with the correct formatting.

Payments

  • The Payments > Settings page loads consistently and without error.

  • System updates have been made behind the scenes to improve overall stability of payment tools.

Campaigns

  • The SMS and Email tabs in Campaigns now load data correctly every time.

  • All dropdown menus in Campaigns are working as intended.

  • Campaign history for both Forms and Payments can now be viewed without issues.

VoIP & Call Logs

  • Live call logs once again update in real time.

  • The softphone no longer crashes when navigating to Contacts.

  • VoIP calls are working smoothly in both live and testing environments.

Reporting & Insights

  • All pages in Revenue IQ that were previously broken now load correctly.


Key Client-Reported Fixes

In addition to the platform-wide updates, we resolved several important issues reported by practices:

  • Hygiene goals were combining incorrectly at the office level, and this has now been fixed.

  • Automatic tasks were being generated daily, and this no longer occurs.

  • Guardian information now appears correctly on consent forms.

  • PMS override settings now save and apply as expected.

  • Campaigns no longer send multiple emails to the same address.

  • The insurance button in Online Appointment Booking now functions properly.

  • Opt-out messages have been corrected to display the right information.

  • Consent forms now send automatically when required and can be included reliably.

  • Post-op messages no longer send multiple times.

  • Medical history now syncs correctly with Eaglesoft.

  • Reviews display as expected without needing to toggle extra options.

  • Desktop notifications no longer appear blank or uncloseable.

  • Practices can now review and decline new appointments directly from the schedule.

  • Phone integrations work correctly across multiple offices.

  • Forms now sync back properly, and PDFs generate without errors.

  • Custom campaigns can now be duplicated successfully.

  • Patients can once again complete medical history forms without issues.
