Practice Admins can manage role-based permissions to control who can access or modify Payment Plans within the platform. These permissions are configured via the Role Definitions section.

How to Access Role Definitions
Click on Settings from the main navigation.
Select User Accounts.
Click on Role Definitions.
Select the user role you'd like to manage.
Payment Plan Permissions
Each role can be granted one or more of the following permissions related to Payment Plans:
1. View Payment Plans and Options

Allows read-only access.
Users with this permission can:
View the Payment Plans and Plan Options tabs.
π« Cannot create, edit, or send plans.
2. Manage Payment Plans and Options

Full access to manage plans.
Users with this permission can:
Create new plan options
Edit existing plans
Cancel active plans
Charge installments manually
Mark installments as paid offline
Download plan documentation
Send plans
3. Send Payment Plans
β
Enables sending payment plan offers to patients.
If this permission is not enabled:
The Send Payment Plan option will be hidden from the user interface.
