PbN offers built-in email reports to inform practices about their key performance metrics. Users can receive daily, weekly, and monthly reports via email from the User Notifications section. These reports summarize practice performance in production, collections, patient appointments, and call tracking.

The images included in this article show examples of these reports. The emails' structure and format remain consistent, providing valuable insights into practice performance.

In addition to these built-in reports, users can also create their own custom reports within Practice by Numbers. These reports can be configured to include specific metrics and scheduled to be sent via email, ensuring that practices receive the data most relevant to their operations.

Enabling or Disabling Reports

Users can manage their report preferences by navigating to Settings > User Notifications in Practice by Numbers. From there, they can enable or disable email notifications for Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reports based on their needs.
