  • Cancel: Cancel the current action or transaction.
  • Clear: Clear the current entry.
  • Confirm: Confirm the current selection or action.


Supplied Components

When you receive your P400 Plus payment terminal, the package should include:

  • P400 Plus payment terminal
  • Power supply
  • Accessories depending on the connection type (e.g., Ethernet dongle)
  • Privacy Shield


Getting Started

Follow these steps to get your P400 Plus payment terminal up and running. Some steps include links to more detailed instructions.

  1. Inspect the Terminal:

    • Verify that the terminal and packaging are intact and untampered. Check the security seal on the box.
    • Compare the serial number (S/N) on the terminal with the one on the box.
  2. Connect the Terminal:

    • Open the cover on the back of the terminal, connect the dongle cable, and close the cover.
    • Tighten the cam lock screw (if present) to secure the cable connector.
    • Connect the terminal to a power source to turn it on. During startup, the display will turn on and off a few times.
  3. Configure the Network:

    • On the terminal display, select "Configure network" and then choose your network connection method (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).
    • Connect the terminal to your network.
  4. Board the Terminal:

    • Select your store and confirm. 
  5. Test Connections:

    • Test the connection with the PbN platform and your POS system to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
  6. Ready to Process Payments:

    • Once the above steps are completed, your terminal is ready to process payments.
