How to Retrieve the Transaction and Admin Settings Passcodes for Your Terminal

If you need to access the Transaction and Admin settings passcodes for your payment terminal, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings Page

1. Access Settings:
   Log into your PbN account and navigate to the “Settings” page.

Step 2: Access the Payment Services Section

1. Locate Payment Services:
   Within the Settings page, scroll down to the “Payment Services” section and find the “PbN Payments Merchant Services” option.
2. Open Terminal Settings:
   Click on the gear icon next to this section. A modal window will open, displaying various terminal settings.

Step 3: Retrieve the Passcodes

1. Find the Passcodes:
   In the modal, under the “Terminal Settings” section, you’ll see the Transaction and Admin settings passcodes listed.
