Web Chat Messages Directly to PBN from Your Website


With Practice by Numbers, you can now send messages to patients through the system and directly from your office website using Web Chat.




Here's how it works:

  • Existing patients or leads can click the Web Chat button on your website to ask a question.
  • When logged into Practice by Numbers, these messages will appear in the Communication Center, located at the bottom left corner of any page.



To enable Web Chat:

  1. Click the icon at the top right of the website and select Settings.
  2. Under the Communication section, click Web Chat to customize the chat button's appearance and functionality.
  3. Click Save to update the Web Chat Script at the bottom of the page.
  4. Provide this script to your website manager to add it to your site.
