By default, Eaglesoft deletes all completed treatment plan items. This can lead to incorrect treatment acceptance percentage calculations, especially for exam types.
To avoid this issue, make sure to uncheck the following option in your general Eaglesoft settings:
- Go to your Eaglesoft settings.
- Find the setting related to deleting completed treatment plan items.
- Uncheck this option.
