Placing a Terminal Order for the Practice

As a PbN Admin, you can easily place an order for a new payment terminal for a practice by following the steps below. Please note that access to Adyen will be needed.

Step 1: Log in to the Adyen Portal and Navigate to the Orders Page

1. Login to Adyen:
Access the Adyen portal using your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to Orders:
Once logged in, go to the "Orders" page.

Step 2: Select a Country or Region

Step 3: Choose the Product Model

1. Select Model:
Choose the terminal model required for the practice. Currently, you can select either the S1F2 or P400 Plus models.

Step 4: Select Quantity and Add to Cart

1. Specify Quantity:
Enter the number of terminals needed.

2. Add to Cart:
Click the “Add to Cart” button to include the terminals in your order.

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

  1. Start Checkout:
    Begin the checkout process by clicking the checkout option in your cart.

Step 6: Add Delivery Details and Place the Order

1. Enter Delivery Address:
Input the delivery address where the terminals should be shipped.

2. Add PO Number:
Include the Purchase Order (PO) number that was created from the PbN payment administration page.

3. Review & Place Order:
Double-check all details, then finalize and place the order.
