At PbN, we make sure your equipment is ready to use the moment it arrives at your office. Your package includes the following items:

  • Power cord

  • Receiver cord

  • Ethernet cable

  • Receiver

  • Phone stand

Note: Please make sure you have a USB wall adapter to power your device.

How to Install Your Phones

Step 1: Unpack Your Phone

Begin by unpacking the phone and confirming that all the required components are included (refer to the list above).

Once verified, proceed to set up the receiver:

1. Connect the Receiver Cord: Plug one end of the receiver cord into the Handset port on the back of the phone.

2. Attach the Receiver: Connect the other end of the cord to the receiver and place the receiver in its cradle.

Step 2: Connecting the Phone

Depending on your office setup, follow the appropriate option for connecting your phone to the network:

Option A: Plugging Directly into an Ethernet Port

1. Locate an Open Ethernet Port: Find an available ethernet port in the wall. If no port is available, refer to Option B.

2. Connect the Ethernet Cable: Plug one end of the included ethernet cable into the open ethernet port.

3. Connect to the Phone: Plug the other end of the ethernet cable into the Internet port on the back of the phone.

Option B: Phone and Computer Sharing an Ethernet Port

1. Disconnect the Computer: Locate the ethernet cable currently plugged into your computer and disconnect it.

2. Connect to the Phone: Plug the ethernet cable you just disconnected from your computer into the Internet port on the back of the phone.

3. Connect the Phone to the Computer: Use the ethernet cable provided with the phone to connect the PC port on the back of the phone to the ethernet port on your computer.

Final Steps

Once all connections are made, your phone should power up and connect to your network. If you encounter any issues during installation, contact our support team for assistance.

By following these simple steps, your phones will be up and running in no time, ensuring your office remains connected and ready to serve your clients.
