To let patients book appointments directly on your website, add an online booking button using the Online Appointment Booking Widget. Follow the steps below to customize the widget and retrieve the embed code.
Access the Widget Settings
In Practice by Numbers, click Appointments in the top navigation.
Select the Widgets tab from the left-hand menu.
Customize the Widget
Color Scheme: Update the colors to match your practice’s website. This controls the appearance of both the booking button and the online booking page.
Custom Online Booking Link: If you use a separate online booking link outside of Practice by Numbers, enter it here. Otherwise, leave this field unchanged.
Get the Widget Code
Copy the widget script provided on the page.
Add the Widget to Your Website
Share the copied widget script with your website manager so it can be embedded on your practice’s website.
Activate Online Booking
Make sure the widget is enabled by turning on the toggle in the top-right corner of the widget settings page.
Once enabled, patients will be able to book appointments online directly through your website with ease.
