With Google Reserve, patients can book appointments directly from your practice’s Google Business Profile (GBP) on Google Search and Google Maps. Once enabled, a Book Online button appears on your listing, making it easier for patients to schedule without calling or visiting your website.

Before You Enable Google Reserve: Connect Your Google Business Profile

Google Reserve uses the same Google Business Profile connection as the Reputation module.

If your practice is already requesting Google reviews through Practice by Numbers, this step is likely already completed and can be skipped.

Step 1: Connect Your Google Business Profile (Reputation Setup)

From your Practice by Numbers dashboard, open the Main Menu
Select New Settings
Navigate to Reputation → Review Request Settings
In the Google section, click Connect with Google
Log in using the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile
Select the correct Location ID for your practice

If you manage multiple locations, be sure to choose the correct one.

Once connected, your Google Business Profile ID will display in the Google section.

How to Find Your Google Business Profile ID (If Needed)

If you need to confirm or locate your Business Profile ID:

Option 1: From Google Business Profile

Log in to your Google Business Profile
Click the three dots next to Your business on Google
Go to Business Profile Settings → Advanced Settings
Copy your Business Profile ID

Option 2: From Google Search

Search your exact business name on Google
Click View Profile
Open Menu → Business Profile Settings
Copy your Business Profile ID

⚠️ Critical Warning:
Only connect your verified and correct Google Business Profile. Connecting the wrong profile may result in Google disabling or canceling your listing.

Enable Google Reserve (Book Online)

Once your Google Business Profile is connected, you can enable Google Reserve.

Step 2: Navigate to the Widgets Section

Go to Online Appointment Booking
Select Widgets from the left-hand menu

Step 3: Enable Google Reserve

Scroll to the Google Reserve Integration section
Toggle Enable Google Reserve ON

Step 4: Verify Business Details

Click Edit Details and confirm the following details exactly match your Google Business Profile:

Practice Name
Practice Address
Practice Website
Practice Phone Number

⚠️ Important: If this information does not match your Google Business Profile, the Book Online button may not appear.
