To import reviews into the Reputation page and generate review request links for Google and Facebook, you’ll need to connect your business accounts from the Review Request Settings page. Follow the steps below to ensure your accounts are properly linked.
Accessing the Review Request Settings
From your Practice by Numbers dashboard, click the Main Menu icon on the right-hand side.
Select New Settings.
Navigate to Reputation → Review Request Settings.
You’ll see separate sections for Google and Facebook connections.
Connecting Your Google Account
In the Google section, click Connect with Google.
Log in using the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile.
Select the correct Location ID for your practice when prompted.
If you manage multiple offices, make sure to choose the correct location for this practice.
Once connected, your Location ID will display under the Google section.
Finding Your Google Business Profile ID
If you need to locate your Business Profile ID:
Log in to your Google Business Profile account.
Click the three dots next to “Your business on Google.”
Select Business Profile Settings → Advanced Settings.
Your Business Profile ID will be displayed there.
Alternatively:
Search your exact business name on Google Search.
Click View Profile → Menu → Business Profile Settings → Business Profile ID.
Connecting Your Facebook Page
In the Facebook section, click Connect with Facebook.
A Facebook authorization window will open. Log in to your Facebook Business account.
Select all pages you want Practice by Numbers to have access to.
If you manage multiple offices and Facebook pages, make sure all relevant pages are selected during this step.
After authorizing, you’ll return to Practice by Numbers, where you can assign the correct Facebook page to the specific office.
Once connected, your Page URL will display in this section.
Note: The Facebook connection allows PbN to request and track reviews from your linked business page.
Saving Your Settings
After connecting both Google and Facebook:
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.
Your connected accounts will now sync automatically with PbN’s Reputation module.
Next Steps: Send Review Requests
Once your accounts are connected:
Create or edit a campaign to send review request links via text or email.
Patients will be directed to your connected Google or Facebook pages to leave reviews.
