To ensure a smooth verification process, verify that your insurance verification settings are properly configured. Once confirmed, follow these steps to perform bulk insurance verification:
Access the Insurance Page
Navigate to the Insurance tab located at the top of the Practice by Numbers interface.
Select the Appointment Date
Choose the date of the appointments for which you want to verify insurance.
To streamline the process, you can filter out patients who were recently verified to prevent redundancy.
Review Verification Results
The system will display color-coded results for each patient:
Green: Verification successful.
Red: An error occurred.
Hover over a red error message to view details about the issue.
View Detailed Verification Information
Click on a patient’s name to open their information window and review the detailed verification results.
