If you notice discrepancies in KPIs related to provider hours worked or scheduled between your Practice Management Software (PMS) and Practice IQ, you can manually adjust them. Here's how:

Option 1: Access Provider Hours from a KPI

  1. Locate the relevant KPI section in Practice IQ.

  2. Click the three dots next to the KPI number.

  3. Select Set Provider Hours to open the Provider Hours Worked page.

Option 2: Access Provider Hours from the Settings Page

  1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of Practice by Numbers.

  2. Navigate to the Provider Hours Worked section.

  3. Select the provider and proceed to adjust the hours as needed.

Steps to Adjust Provider Hours

Choose the Week to Adjust

  • The data is displayed by week. Select the week containing the day you need to modify.

  • Click the cell next to the number you want to adjust. You’ll see arrows for increasing or decreasing the value, or you can manually enter the correct number.

Save Changes

  • Click Save Changes in the upper-right corner.

  • A warning prompt will remind you to confirm your changes.

  • After saving, a confirmation message will appear, and the border around the adjusted cell will change color to indicate a manual adjustment.

Revert to Original Values

  • If you need to undo a manual adjustment, click the refresh icon below the provider’s name.

  • This will reset the cell to the automated calculation from Practice IQ, and the cell border will return to its original blank state.

By using either method to access the Provider Hours Worked page, you can ensure provider hours are accurately reflected in Practice IQ.
