If your account becomes locked after five unsuccessful login attempts, you’ll need to contact Practice by Numbers to regain access. Here’s how to reach us:

Contact Options

  • Support Chat: Visit the support chat on practicenumbers.com and provide the email address associated with your account.

  • Email: Email [email protected], including the email address linked to your account.

  • Phone: Call 866-216-8416 ext. 2 during business hours:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time

    • 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time

After Your Account is Unlocked

You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. To prevent getting locked out again, follow these steps:

1. Clear Browser History and Cache

  • Go to your browser settings and delete all browsing history and cached data.

  • Avoid using Internet Explorer, as it is not fully supported.

  • For instructions, search online for clearing cache for your specific browser.

2. Remove Stored Passwords

  • Delete any saved passwords for Practice by Numbers from your browser.

  • Look up instructions online if you’re unsure how to remove saved passwords.

3. Delete Old Password Emails

  • Remove any old emails with links to reset your password to avoid confusion.

Logging Back In

When logging back in, you’ll need your office’s Practice Code, which can be obtained from your office’s main administrators or practice owners.
