Resetting a Practice User Password

If you need to reset the password for any user in your practice, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Practice by Numbers
Go to https://app.practicenumbers.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Access User Accounts
Navigate to Practice Settings, then select User Accounts from the menu.

3. Reset the Password
Locate the user whose password needs to be reset and click Reset Password.

4. Share the Practice Codeword
Provide the user with the practice codeword displayed at the top of the User Accounts page. You can share it via text or in person.

5. User Receives Password Reset Email
The user will receive an email containing a link to reset their password. This link will remain valid for 3 days.

Important: The user will need the practice codeword to complete the password reset process.
