Accessing the Communication Center
Locate the Communication Center at the bottom left corner of your page. Here, you can manage your messages and apply filters to streamline conversations.
Applying Filters
Use the funnel icon to filter conversations based on the following categories:
Message Status
Patients/Leads
Assignee
Inbox
Managing Conversations
Each conversation includes a three-dot menu with the following options:
Unassign a conversation.
Assign a conversation to yourself or another user.
Move a conversation to an inbox.
Create a new inbox.
Block a contact.
Inbox Management
To delete or manage an inbox, click on Manage Inbox. Before deleting an inbox, you can:
Unassign all conversations within the inbox.
Move conversations to another inbox.
When an inbox is deleted, its conversations are retained, but the inbox name is removed from the list.
Campaign Opt-Out
Manage customer preferences with the option to opt out of automated campaigns. Go to Settings > Opted Out Patients to manage.
Features:
Campaign Opt-Out: Customers can opt out of specific campaigns. You can manually opt them back in with their verbal or written confirmation.
Templates and Lists: Configure SMS opt-out templates and initiate message templates. View a comprehensive list of patients who have opted out.
