Why Can't I See All Providers?

If a provider, such as a hygienist, is missing from your available provider list, it’s likely due to one of the following reasons:

The Provider Has Not Been Confirmed

  • After adding a provider to the Employee page, they must be confirmed before appearing in reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure they are also selected as a Provider in the system.

  • Click here to learn how to add and confirm an employee/provider.

A Former Provider Is Still Active

  • Ensure all settings related to a former provider or employee are unchecked to avoid conflicts.

  • Their past data will still be available in reports for historical reference.

Provider Hours Are Not Assigned

  • A newly added provider must have assigned working hours in Settings > Office and Provider Hours to be visible.
