As part of the latest Practice by Numbers (PbN) update, Phone IQ has officially been renamed to Call AI.
This update is part of ongoing platform improvements designed to create a more modern and scalable experience across PbN.
What Changed?
“Phone IQ” Has Been Replaced with “Call AI”
Previously, practices accessed call analytics and related tools through the Phone IQ section in the header navigation.
Now, users will see Call AI in place of Phone IQ throughout the platform.
Important: This is primarily a naming and navigation update. Existing call data and functionality previously found in Phone IQ remain accessible within the new Call AI section.
Access to Call AI
Any practice that previously had access to Phone IQ will automatically see the new Call AI section after the update.
This includes practices that are not currently subscribed to AI-powered Call AI services.
Legacy Phone IQ Dashboard
Practices that prefer the previous Phone IQ experience can still access it.
Inside the Call AI section, users will see: “Access Legacy Phone IQ Dashboard”
Selecting this option will redirect users to the previous Phone IQ pages.
AI vs. Standard Pages
Within the Call AI section:
Standard call-related pages remain available to all practices
AI-powered pages are identified with an AI icon
Practices without a Call AI subscription may still see AI pages in navigation, but data may not populate within those sections
One-Time Subscription Pop-Up
Practices without an active Call AI subscription may see a one-time informational pop-up after logging in following this update.
Please note:
The pop-up only appears once per user
Dismissing it prevents it from appearing again
Logging out and back in will not trigger the pop-up again
