Chart color options allow you to control how data is visually displayed across Daily Huddle and Call AI dashboards. Adjusting chart colors can make trends easier to spot, improve readability for your team, and create a more comfortable viewing experience during daily and weekly reviews.
Chart color changes are visual only and do not impact your data, calculations, or reporting.
How Chart Color Options Work
Supported dashboards include a color palette selector in the top-right corner of the page. Selecting a palette instantly updates the colors used across charts on that dashboard.
Once selected:
The chosen palette applies to all supported charts on the dashboard
Charts update automatically—no page refresh required
Data values, totals, and trends remain unchanged
Chart Colors in Daily Huddle
The Daily Huddle is designed for quick, at-a-glance insights at the start of the day. Chart color options help make key metrics easier to scan and interpret.
Color palettes apply to charts such as:
Performance by Position (Doctor, Hygienist, Back Office)
Production by Provider
Production by Service Type
Production by Service Code
Using different color options can help teams quickly differentiate between roles, metrics, and performance trends during morning huddles.
Chart Colors in Call AI
All call-related chart color options are managed within Call AI.
A color palette can be selected from the top-right corner of any Call AI dashboard. Once chosen, that palette applies consistently across all Call AI charts, creating a unified visual experience as you move between pages.
This includes:
The Call Volume line chart on the Summary page
Call Distribution charts
Call Duration charts
Call Sentiment charts
Some charts—such as Call Volume—are displayed as line charts, while others may appear as bar or stacked charts. While chart types may vary, the selected color palette applies consistently across all Call AI visualizations.
