Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow the steps below to retrieve the local log files:

  1. Get the IP Address of the Phone

    • Press the “OK” button on the Yealink T54W phone.

    • The IP address will appear on the screen.

  2. Access the Phone's Web Interface

    • Open a web browser (Google Chrome is recommended).

    • Enter the phone's IP address into the address bar.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to access the Phone Admin login page.

  3. Log In to the Admin Panel

    • Enter the username and password (PbN credentials).

    • If you do not have the login credentials, please contact PbN Support.

  4. Download the Log Files

    • Navigate to Settings > Configuration.

    • Scroll down to the “Local Log” section.

    • Click the “Export” button to download the log files to your computer.
