Accessing Enterprise Dashboards

Enterprise dashboards in Practice by Numbers are a powerful tool for managing multiple practice metrics within a single page. These dashboards allow administrators and practice managers to easily switch between different practices and access consolidated data for informed decision-making.


To access the Enterprise dashboards in Practice by Numbers, follow these steps:


1. Log in to Practice by Numbers: Start by logging in to your Practice by Numbers account.

2. Navigate to the Practice Switcher: Once logged in, you will see your current practice name displayed at the top of the screen. Next to the practice name, there is a small arrow pointing downwards. Click on this arrow to open the practice switcher.

3. Search or Scroll Through Practices: A dropdown menu titled "Switch Practice" will appear, showing a list of all the practices associated with your account. You can either scroll through this list or use the search bar at the top to quickly find the practice you want to view.

4. Access Enterprise Dashboards: At the bottom of the practice list, you will see a section labeled "Enterprise Dashboards." Clicking on this option will direct you to the Enterprise Dashboard, where you can view data across all practices or select specific practices for detailed insights.


5. Selecting Your Practice:

  • At the top of the dashboard, you will find a dropdown menu labeled "Practices" or similar. Click on this menu to view the list of practices that you have access to.
  • You can select a single practice or multiple practices depending on the data you wish to analyze. The dashboard allows you to compare KPIs across different practices by selecting more than one option.
  • After selecting the desired practice(s), click "Select" to apply the filter. The dashboard will update to reflect the data for the chosen practices.


6. View and Manage Data: The Enterprise Dashboard allows you to view a variety of metrics and reports that span multiple practices, giving you a comprehensive overview of your organization's performance. This centralized access makes it easier to compare practices, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
