1. PbN Fee: PbN fees are 1% of the payments processed through our platform.

2. Patient Convenience Fee: Your patients are charged a convenience fee of 2.90% + 30 cents for each transaction. This charge can be absorbed through the practice. 

Example Transaction:

• If a patient owes $100, they will be charged $103.30 after adding the convenience fee.
• From the original $100, PbN will deduct a 1% fee ($1), resulting in $99 being transferred to your practice.

Payment Processing Time

• Debit and Credit Card Payments: Typically take 3-5 business days to process and deposit into your bank account.
• ACH/Direct Bank Account Payments: Typically take 5-7 business days to process and deposit.
