Anyone with a User Account in Practice by Numbers can receive email or text notifications about Office KPIs, Tasks, and phone call information.
Customizing Notifications:
- You can choose which KPIs to receive emails about. Click here for more details on how to customize these notifications.
User Notifications Page:
- All active accounts are listed on the Settings - User Notifications page.
Notification Preferences:
- There are drop-down menus to select which information you want to receive via email or text.
