How to Search for a Patient

1. Locate the Search Icon:

• Look for the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the Practice by Numbers website.

2. Open the Search Bar:

• Click on the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar.

3. Enter Patient Information:

• In the search bar, enter the patient's first name, last name, or ID number from your practice management system.
• Note: If the patient's information appears blurred in red text, it indicates that the patient is inactive.

4. View Patient Details:

• From the search results, click on the desired patient to open their Patient Window.
