Revenue IQ simplifies tracking patient reports and lists by allowing you to assign tasks and ensure efficiently managing appointments and follow-ups. Here's how you can make the most of this feature:

1. Generate and Select Reports

After generating a report, you can select the patients you're interested in. You have two options:

  • Check the box in the heading row to select all patients on the current page.
  • Or, check the box next to individual patient names for a more specific selection.

2. Create and Assign Tasks

Once your report is selected, click the "Create Tasks" button. A window will pop up where you can:

  • Assign tasks to specific team members.
  • Set a due date for each task to ensure timely follow-up.

3. View Assigned Tasks

To track all the tasks you've assigned, click the "Tasks" tab at the top of the page, next to the Revenue IQ tab. This provides an overview of all active tasks.

4. Assigning Tasks to Team Members

Depending on the staff member's role, a drop-down menu may appear, allowing you to select the right person for the task. This menu also displays the progress and status of each task.

5. Accessing Patient Overview

To view a patient's details, click on the blue circular arrow icon at the far right of the report. This will open the Patient Overview in a new window, giving you more detailed information about that patient.

6. Recording Task Outcomes

In the Patient Overview window, you can document the results of the task follow-up, helping your team stay updated on patient communication. You can also create a task directly from the Patient Overview by selecting the "+ Task" icon.

7. Creating Tasks from the Treatment Plan

You can also assign tasks directly from the Treatment Plan in the Patient Overview.
