How to Set Up and Obtain the Widget Code for Online Appointment Booking

To allow patients to book appointments online directly through your website, you can embed a button using the Online Appointment Booking Widget. Here’s how to set it up and get the widget code:

1. Access the Widget Settings:

   • In Practice by Numbers, select Appointments at the top.
   • Click on the Widgets tab on the left side.

2. Customize the Widget:

   • Color Scheme: Adjust the color scheme to match your practice’s website. This will change the color of both the button and the entire booking site.
   • Custom Online Booking Link: If you have a separate link for online booking outside of PbN, you can input it here. Otherwise, you can leave this option as it is.

3. Get the Widget Code:

   • Copy the widget script provided.

4. Implement the Widget:

   • Send the copied widget script to your website manager to embed it into your practice’s website.

5. Activate the Feature:

   • Ensure the feature is active by toggling the switch at the top right of the widget settings page.

By following these steps, you’ll enable patients to easily book appointments online through your website.
