Why can't I see all Providers?

What to do if you have a hygienist missing in your list of available providers on Huddle page, reports, etc.

Usually, if a new provider is not being displayed,  it means they have yet to be confirmed after they have been added to the Employee page. (Click here to see how to add an employee/provider.) Also, they might have yet to be selected as a Provider. 

Always make sure everything on a former employee/provider is unchecked. Their production and past data relative to them will still be visible in reports of earlier time periods.  

Also, a new provider's hours would need to be assigned on the Settings - Office and Provider Hours page.
