Treatment Plans

Seamless Consent Form Integration

Direct Sending: Dispatch consent forms without navigating away, directly from the 'send treatment plan' modal.
Smart Selection: The system auto-adds the relevant consent forms based on treatment codes in the Treatment plan.
Manual Control: For special cases, add or remove consent forms at your discretion.

Online Appointment Booking

Advanced Visit Type Settings:

Direct Access: Use the gear icon on each visit type to dive into advanced settings.
Age Group Customization: Define which age groups can schedule specific visit types.
Provider Flexibility: Patients can book without being tied to a particular provider, streamlining the booking process.
Individual Sync Control: Disable auto sync for specific visit types, offering more granular control.
Recall Management: Ensure patients don't book too early by setting restrictions based on their recall due date.
Availability Precision: Override global settings to specify the soonest and farthest booking availabilities.

Appointment Reminder Campaign

Holistic Reminders: No more partial information. Patients will now be notified of all their appointment times scheduled for a single day, ensuring clarity.

Direct Review Access: If just one review site is connected and feedback requests are turned off within the Review Request Campaign, patients are routed directly to the review platform, bypassing any intermediary steps.

OTP Authentication for Enhanced Security

Alternative Login: Apart from the usual last name and DOB, patients can opt for an OTP-based login.

Error Management: Incorrect name or DOB? No problem. Patients can select "Log in using a one-time password. "

Privacy Maintained: Phone numbers and email addresses remain partially obscured while choosing OTP delivery to ensure confidentiality.
