PhoneIQ Compatibility and Setup Guide

PhoneIQ is compatible with various VOIP companies, offering full or partial compatibility, depending on the provider. It provides insights into call metrics, such as missed calls and call returns, and can identify potential new patient calls. Key features include patient information pop-ups and call analytics.

Compatibility

  • Full Compatibility: VOIP providers (RingCentral, Mango, Jive.)
  • Partial Compatibility: Other VOIP providers (e.g., Vonage, Spectrum, Onset, Altus).

Features

  • Full Compatibility: Patient information pop-ups and call analytics (missed calls, outgoing calls, returned calls, time spent, opportunities).
  • Partial Compatibility: Only patient information pop-ups.

Partial Compatibility Setup

Other VOIP Providers (e.g., Vonage, Spectrum, Onset, Altus)

  • Setup:
    • Step 1: Obtain a dual ring number from support.
    • Step 2: Contact your VOIP provider to set up a dual ring/simultaneous ring on the provided number.
    • Step 3: Download and install the Desktop App on office desktop computers (Windows 8+, preferably Windows 10).

Note: The dual ring setup ensures the Desktop app registers the caller ID to generate patient pop-ups without incurring additional charges.
